Peju's dry Rose' of Syrah utilizes hand-selected fruit from the Persephone Vineyard in the northeast corner of the Napa wine region. The wine is stainless steel fermented at 55 degrees to achieve bright fruit and floral characteristics. Peju is pleased to release the second vintage of the unique Rose' of Syrah, a wonderful addition to Peju's Napa wine collection.
